Your time as a mom is busy! This quick mini-workout will open your chest, pull back your shoulders and loosen your neck quickly.
It starts with a foam rolling session, then moves into a few key stretches and then a mini workout to help all of the rolling and stretching hold so you’re not right back to where you started tomorrow.
If you stretch but don’t strengthen, it won’t last. Your body will go right back to being tight. That’s why you need to add a few key strengthening exercises to help the results last. No one wants to have hunched forward posture.
